Here at Neek, we are committed to ensuring that you are happy with your purchase and that your transactions run smoothly.


All of our vinyls are precision cut with care, by us, onsite. Each decal is made completely to your personal specifications and as such we are proud to offer over 120 variations per decal design!


Because what we offer is special, out terms and conditions of sale are too and you should read them carefully as they apply to your order.  By completing the checkout process, you are accepting these terms and conditions of sale.



Delivery:

Your vinyl will be carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube along with simple instructions, a free mini practice vinyl and receipt.


Our vinyl decals are always posted First Class Recorded Delivery to ensure traceability* and peace of mind - please consider that your package will need to be signed for when choosing a delivery address.

*Tracking is only available once the item has been signed for on collection.


Nearly all of our decals are produced to order and exactly to your specifications but you should expect your decal to be custom made and despatched within approximately 3 - 7 working days, however Neek will not be held responsible for late deliveries outside of our control. By accepting these terms and conditions, you accept that Neek has no influence or control over Royal Mail or any other delivery service providers - we wish we did!


Our flat rate delivery charge is only applicable to UK Mainland. If your delivery address isn't within the UK Mainland, please contact us for a quote before placing your order (see our FAQ for details). Please note that customers outside of the UK may be required to pay additional local charges (e.g. Duty, taxes, etc) upon receipt of their goods, and we at Neek cannot be held responsible for this.


Large items or bulk orders may be dispatched with a courier for full traceability.


Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer's address as specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.


On delivery of your purchase you will be asked to sign for the goods, so please make sure that there is somebody available to do this or accept that your parcel will be subject to the courier's own undelivered parcel procedure (which they should advise you of, usually by a note left at the address). It is the Customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection and any associated charges. As such, we cannot be held responsible for un-signed for parcels.


On the occasion that specific delivery dates have been agreed but, despite our best endeavours, cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.


The Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.


We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Website.


Neek reserves the right to reject any order received.


Description of Products:

All illustrations, designs and general descriptions on this site are for guidance only and approximate representations of size, colour, style and other attributes, and shall not be binding to Neek.


To reiterate; all colours shown are very close to the material used but because computer monitors vary, they will not be an exact match and are for representative purposes only. To get a more accurate idea of a certain colour, just email us and we will send you a colour sample free of charge.


Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold, removing or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


Refund / Returns / Exchange Policy

As our decals are all custom* made to order we regret we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on these products so it's really important you're very careful when choosing your size, colour and design.


We want you to be happy with your purchase so we will do our very best to ensure you know exactly what you are getting before you place your order by offering free coloured decal samples and answering any queries that you may have via email or our contact page to help choose the perfect decal for you.


*We are extremely proud to offer on average 120 variations in colour, size and orientation combinations per decal!


However, we will respect the buyer's right to cancel an order without penalty at any time until the decal has been manufactures. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately via email or our contact page and we will let you know if production has begun and if we are able to cancel your order.


Damaged Goods

While every care is taken to pack your purchase, in the unfortunate event your product reaches you in a damaged state we will be happy to post out a replacement once we have received the original product back. Please email us or use our contact page and we will provide you with a return address.


Please note we cannot accept shipping or handling charges on returned products.


As our decals are custom made to order, we cannot accept exchange items damaged in transit once signed for, this includes decals that have been damaged due to improper application. Please make sure to take care applying your decal, following the instructions provided (which can also be found on our site).


PROMOTION CODE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotional codes are issued at the sellers discretion and may be withdrawn or their terms changed at any time and without prior notice.


These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.


None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.


Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the decal or surfaces while being installed or after installation - if you are unsure what surfaces Neek decals are best suited to, please just ask before ordering and we will do our best to advise, but cannot be accountable for any damage caused due to information given in any communications.
